SAFETY TECH

The Rogue comes standardly equipped with several innovative safety features that will assist in your driving efforts, including the following:

• Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection: Uses advanced radar technology to alert you when you’re too close to a frontal obstacle. If you fail to respond, this system will depress the brakes on its own to help prevent a potential frontal traffic accident.
• Intelligent Lane Intervention: Provides gentle steering corrections as needed to help prevent you from leaving your intended lane on the highway.
• Blind Spot Warning: Alerts drivers if another vehicle enters your side blind zone so that you know when it’s an ideal time to switch lanes on a busy highway.
• Rear Cross Traffic Alert: When reversing out of a parking spot, this system will let you know when another vehicle is approaching, so you can avoid a rear collision.
• High Beam Assist: Maintains high beams during drives at night so that you can see the road ahead. If another vehicle is approaching, it intelligently toggles to low beams so that other drivers still have a clear view, as well.
• Rear Automatic Braking: Monitors your proximity to rear obstacles, warning you when you’re too close. If needed, it applies the brakes to help avoid a rear collision.
